Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Paisakmao, we provide digital educational courses (including the Student Money Playbook). Because all of our products are digital training programs delivered online, there is no physical shipping or delivery of physical goods involved.

1. Mode of Delivery

Upon successful payment completion through our payment gateway, your access credentials and onboarding instructions are delivered digitally:

• An automated welcome invitation email containing your unique Student ID and secure password setup link is dispatched to your registered email address within 5 to 10 minutes.
• You can access the course player dashboard immediately after setting your login password.

2. Shipping Charges

Since our courses are entirely digital and delivered over the internet, there are zero shipping, handling, or delivery charges associated with any purchase.

3. Non-Delivery / Email Issues

If you do not receive your welcome email or onboarding links within 1 hour of completing your payment:

1. Please inspect your email account's Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
2. Contact our support desk immediately at support@paisakmao.com with your transaction details.

Our support team will verify your transaction status and manually configure and activate your account access within 24 hours.
